Abstract

Telkom Purwokerto Institute of Technology (ITTP) is committed to providing excellent service to its customers, including lecturers and staff. Therefore, ITTP feels it is important to assess the level of satisfaction of lecturers and staff with the services provided by this institution. One way to measure the level of satisfaction is through a survey. The purpose of this study was to build a survey system for faculty and staff satisfaction with the services provided by the institution. The survey was built into a system that is easier to use to help process survey data. This system was built using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The RAD method is a software development approach that prioritizes a gradual approach. This survey system will be built based on a website, because the website is an easily accessible and user-friendly platform. This approach will ensure comfort and convenience for users in protecting surveys. With this system, it is hoped that the SAI unit can easily conduct surveys and calculate the proportion of survey results. The population of respondents in this study included all lecturers and staff at ITTP. The results of this study indicate that the RAD method can be implemented to build a monitoring system for lecturer and employee satisfaction with institutions. The results of the blackbox test show that the system can run 100% successfully than what was planned.
