Abstract

This research focuses on the use of decision-making methods in the context of business process management to support the leadership of PTMA. The study's findings indicate that decision-making methods, such as SMART and SMARTER, can be employed to determine priorities within PTMA's business processes. By integrating PTMA's standard data and criteria into the business process framework, leaders can make more precise decisions. Analyzing criteria such as Relevance, Method Characteristics, Accuracy, Precision, Reliability, Effectiveness, Efficiency, Advantages, and Disadvantages of Decision-Making Methods provides guidance in selecting the most suitable method. Both qualitative and quantitative data were collected to support this research. The results lay the foundation for the development of a more user-friendly Information System capable of handling complex and diverse criteria, aiming to enhance the quality of Higher Education Institutions. These findings assist PTMA leadership in strategic planning, operational planning, as well as income and expenditure budgeting. In conclusion, this research provides a basis for improving and enhancing the quality of PTMA through the utilization of up-to-date decision-making methods.
