ASKARA journal applies an Open Access policy, meaning that all published articles can be accessed, read, and downloaded free of charge. Copyright in the article remains with the author, while ASKARA journal obtains the right of first publication and a non-exclusive right to publish and distribute the article in accordance with the Copyright & License Agreement.

All published articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) license. This license allows articles to be copied, shared, and adapted for non-commercial purposes, provided that appropriate attribution is given to the author and ASKARA journal and that the ShareAlike provisions are met. Authors are also permitted to archive and share their published articles through institutional repositories, personal websites, or other academic platforms, provided that publication information for ASKARA journal is included.
