Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi berbasis web menghadirkan peluang baru dalam pengelolaan event pariwisata yang lebih efisien dan transparan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi berbasis web yang dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) dalam event pariwisata. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan pengembangan sistem yang mencakup empat tahapan utama: analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode Blackbox testing untuk memvalidasi fungsionalitas sistem, serta analisis dampak untuk mengevaluasi manfaat bagi berbagai peran pengguna, yaitu administrator, penyelenggara acara dan pelaku UMKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil mendukung fungsi inti, meliputi login dan autentikasi pengguna, pembuatan event, serta pencarian dan filter event. Analisis dampak lebih lanjut menunjukkan bahwa sistem mempermudah penyelenggara dalam mengelola event, memperluas akses UMKM terhadap peluang usaha, serta membantu administrator dalam proses monitoring dan pengambilan keputusan. Temuan ini menegaskan potensi solusi berbasis cloud sebagai rujukan untuk penelitian selanjutnya maupun implementasi praktis dalam memperkuat peran UMKM di sektor pariwisata.
