The articles in JTECE are open access. Therefore, the contents are open and online without having any subscription. JTECE is professionally managed by academic staff from the Faculty of Telecommunication and Electronics Engineering. JTECE is published by "Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat" (LPPM), Institut Teknologi Telkom Purwokerto (ITTP).
